Commissioning is smart business! Owners require independent verification that all building systems are operational prior to accepting the building. The primary responsibility of the commissioning consultant is to verify the performance, quality and maintainability of the Electrical, Mechanical & Control Systems installed into a building.

The outcome of commissioning is that all systems are operational and the owner is prepared to maintain the facility. The staff will be trained. The technical documentation, maintenance manuals and test procedures will be in order. Project drawings will be provided on electronic media (AutoCAD or Equivalent). Commissioning is SMART BUSINESS!
