Consulting Engineers Council Award for developing the math models and theory defining the nature of electrical hazards in Hospitals. He also developed methods to achieve a safe electrical environment for Patients. This same technology explains the nature of stray voltages in buildings. The report also offered effective methods for controlling EMI & Extraneous Voltage Generation in Buildings.

Consulting Engineers Council Award for developing analytical software that provides a cost effective method for producing a dynamic math model for a building. The program performs an hour by hour simulation and analysis of the energy flow in a building using climate, solar and internal loads. This analysis is performed on a room by room basis to optimize the HVAC System and Lighting throughout the Facility using ASHRAE and IES standards.
